Maxi-Cosi Baby Car Seats

Group 0+ | 0-12kg | 0 - 15 months

Choosing the right baby car seat for you and your family is an important decision. At Maxi-Cosi we are here to help you choose the right baby seat for you, as all our car seats are designed with families in mind.

What you need to know when choosing a baby car seat:

* We at Maxi-Cosi recommend to travel rearward facing until your little one is at least 15 months old, this is also supported by experts.

* You can choose between installation with an ISOFIX base or with the belt of your group 0 car seat. At Maxi-Cosi we recommend to use an ISOFIX base for installation of your baby car seat. It minimizes the risk of incorrect installation and provides a solid connection to your car. Don’t worry if you don’t have ISOFIX anchors in your car, installation with belt is just as safe if you follow the instructions in the included manual.

* The best location to fit a newborn car seat is the rear middle seat of the car. Your second best option for installation of the baby car seat is behind the passenger seat as the middle car seat sometimes doesn’t have ISOFIX anchors or a three-point belt. We don’t recommend it, but if you need to install the baby car seat on the front seat, make sure to always deactivate the passenger airbag.

* When your baby’s head comes up over the top of the infant car seat back it is time to move up to the next car seat! At Maxi-Cosi we have a car seat for every moment in your little ones life.
